You may be required to submit identity documentation — including government-issued identification and proof of address — before deposits, withdrawals, or continued account access are permitted. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Iron888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your iron888 account at the time of the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms limits iron888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Iron888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Iron888 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to assist Members in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may activate self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect. Upon termination for cause, iron888 may forfeit any remaining bonus funds and, where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, any real-money balance associated with the prohibited conduct. You may request account closure at any time by contacting iron888 support. Closure requests are processed in accordance with outstanding bonus terms and any pending wagering requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law in the jurisdiction of iron888's licensing authority. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by iron888's licensing terms.
